The Consumer Code uses LinkedIn and YouTube to help raise awareness of the Code among home buyers, home builders and others involved in the home building industry. We also provide content for builders and their agents to use on their own social channels to raise awareness of the Code. Whilst we do have an account on X this is no longer being actively used.

Our feeds are monitored on weekdays, and we aim to respond to messages within five working days. We can’t comment on individual cases via social media. However, where possible we will reply to general questions about the Code and/or clarify content provided by other contributors as needed. In some cases, we may also publish more detailed information and/or update the FAQs on our website and promote via social media and our newsletters.
