The Consumer Code for Home Builders’ Annual Report 2021-22 is now available to download

The report highlights the progress made from April 2021 to March 2022, including an update on the work we have done to improve awareness of consumer protection, encourage learning from complaints and take action against developers, through our Disciplinary and Sanctions Panel, where failings have been identified.

Our Annual Report also includes a summary of cases reviewed by CEDR under our Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme, including the main issues giving rise to complaints from home buyers. Full details of cases can be found in the CEDR report which covers the period Jan-Dec 2021.
