We are regularly called upon to update the house building industry, professional bodies and government institutions on changes and improvements to the Code. We’ve just submitted this update: which includes details of our new phone line, removal of the fee to access our independent dispute resolution scheme and expansion of Code coverage to include warranty provider, Checkmate.

The report also highlights projects we are working on with the Home Builders’ Federation to improve the new home buying experience for consumers.
