The Consumer Code for Home Builders’ Annual Report 2020-21 is now available to download

The report summarises the work the Code has focused on from April 2020 to March 2021, including that of our Disciplinary and Sanctions Panel, the launch of the New Homes Quality Board and their plans for a new Code and Ombudsman and the positive steps taken in strengthening the Code and compliance with its Requirements. 

Our Annual Report also includes a summary of cases reviewed by CEDR under our Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme, including the main issues giving rise to complaints from home buyers. Full details of cases can be found in the CEDR report:  which covers the period Jan-Dec 2020.
