Site audits to check compliance with the Code restarted last autumn, following a pause during the initial lockdown. Adopting a new, virtual approach, our independent auditors conducted a series of compliance checks in autumn/winter 2020 to give home builders and their agents an independent view of current strengths and identify any gaps that needed to be addressed.

To help all builders improve customer service, we’ve summarised some of the latest learnings from the audits completed, which recognise the changing way home buyers and home builders have been interacting during lockdown.
