Consultation responses set to inform new Code

Thank you to everyone who has responded to the consultation on proposed revisions to the Consumer Code for Home Builders following our recent Independent Review. The consultation is now closed and responses are being analysed to inform the approved content of the Fifth Edition of our Code.
The consultation covered both the specific changes to the Code and any practical challenges that may arise. A working group has been set up to assess the feedback and apply any tweaks necessary. The precise timing of the launch and implementation deadlines will be confirmed once all responses have been reviewed.
