The Consumer Code for Home Builders’ Annual Report 2018-19 is now available to download

The report summarises the work the Code has focused on from April 2018 to March 2019, including major improvements in access to support for consumers and positive steps forward in strengthening the Code and compliance with its Requirements. 

Our Annual Report also includes a summary of cases reviewed by CEDR under our Independent Dispute Resolution Scheme, including the main issues giving rise to complaints from home buyers. Full details of cases can be found in the CEDR report: which covers the period Jan-Dec 2018.
